Great stuff by my count; mil equivalent ammo, US production, reloadable, reasonable price-what’s not to like? I’ve used this (100 rounds) from my kit built AR with no issues (1-9″ twist A2 contour barrel). There was what looked like a fine dust coating on the brass-rubbed off on my fingers when I loaded my magazines, but there were no feed or function issues. It fires as accurate as I can make it on open sights (probably 3-4″ @ 100 yards). It reloads just fine with 50, 55, or 75grn projos. No popped primers from mine-100% functionality…would buy again, would recommend

This is good stuff, however you have to understand what it is… and what it isnt. If you want cheep reliable, semi-accurate ammo this is the ticket. It is mil spec and with the 55 gr bullet it will work well in barrels with a slower twist rate. (most all M-4 type AR’s) If you have a 1 in 8 or higher twist you will be better off with a heavier bullet. The 55 gr is not a good choice for long range work anyhow. Another plus is that the case is reloadable and with a bit of work on your reloading bench can be reloaded to a true match grade ammo. I use this stuff for practice at 100 yards or plinking. Then work the cases and reload with 77 gr sierra match kings and shoot them in NRA high power comp. Most all AR-15 shooters in NRA high power comp use LC cases.
