WINCHESTER AA SUPER HANDICAP
Winchester Super Handicap is a ball powder and the same propellant used in Winchester’s Super Handicap ammunition. This slow-burning, high-energy propellant gives the shooter great handicap or long-range sporting clays loads at up to 1250 FPS with a 1-1/8 ounce shot charge. The great velocity with excellent patterns!
Available in 1 lb. and 8 lb. containers.
WINCHESTER AA SUPER HANDICAP
The Win AA hull and the Fed Top Gun Hull are 2 different type of hull that have different volume. Tapered wall and straight wall type. You should keep them separate and load with recipes specific for each type. Also, with the Fed hull you will be better served using wads that are designed for that type of hull. If you do use Win type wads in the Fed hull you should use coarse grain powder and load them and shoot the right away. If you subject the hulls to a lot of vibration the powder can migrate past the wad.
As for using Lee measuring dippers you are most likely in the same situation as dropping powder from the loader. GET A SCALE! The density of the powder that Lee used may not be the same as your powder.
That said and know you are chomping at the bit to get started… if you stick a load on the bottom end of the loads listed. The recomendations for the 1 oz and 1 1/8 oz low velocity should be ok.
The Federals are “straight-wall” (SW) hulls, the Top Guns have a flat, rolled hard paper basewad and the interior diameter of the tube is the same from mouth to base..

Very consistent and clean.

This is a great substitute for Hogdon Clays powder.
